The “Pokayoke Screen” (Error Proofing Screen) from Aioi Systems is a digital picking system designed for the purpose of preventing human error during picking operations. The system monitors operator movement to detect any possible picking mistakes and does so by covering the front surface of a shelf with an optical screen that responds to a reflection band worn on the operator’s wrist. Thus mistakes are avoided.
